I was impressed at the efficiency & quality of work done installing my new windows. I was afraid there would be a mess to clean up & there was not one piece of debris anywhere. The explanation of the operation of the windows was great.

Yes we do. I called because we needed some new trim on a few windows. Joe came and checked them out. While looking at my window world windows he discovered we had a bee bee hole in the one window. So he ordered a new sash and came and replaced it and put the new trim around our windows that had paint stain on them. Very reliable and great customer service.
